iDirect pricing cards for the Lite, Standard and Pro plans at 29, 119 and 269 US dollars per month

How to change your plan

  1. Log in to the dispatch panel.
  2. Go to Settings > Plans.
  3. Select the plan you want to switch to. You will see a preview of the change before confirming.

What happens when you upgrade

Your new plan takes effect immediately and your billing cycle resets. You receive a credit for unused included stops on your previous plan, and the full price of the new plan is charged. Any extra-stop charges already incurred on the old plan are settled on the same invoice.

All higher-tier features become available right away, including expanded included stops, lower extra-stop pricing, and any additional capabilities tied to the new plan (such as API access, webhook integrations, proof-of-delivery options, and real-time driver tracking).

What happens when you downgrade

The downgrade is scheduled to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Until then, you retain full access to all features of your current plan for the period you have already paid for. No partial refund is issued for the current cycle.

You can cancel a pending downgrade at any time before it takes effect from the Plans page, and your current plan will remain unchanged.

When the downgrade takes effect, your included stop count, extra-stop rate, and plan features adjust to match the new plan.

About the Enterprise plan

The Enterprise plan can be selected through the same self-service flow described above. For operations that require custom SLA terms, dedicated infrastructure, or tailored onboarding, contact support@idirect.app or your account manager to discuss a custom arrangement.

FAQ

Q: Can I change plans in the middle of a billing cycle?
A: Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and reset the billing cycle. Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the start of the next cycle.

Q: How is the upgrade charge calculated?
A: You receive a credit for the unused included stops on your current plan. The new plan's full price is charged, offset by that credit. Any extra stops used beyond your old plan's included allowance are also settled.

Q: Can I cancel a pending downgrade?
A: Yes. If you have a downgrade scheduled, you can cancel it from the Plans page at any time before the next billing cycle begins. Your current plan will continue as-is.

Q: Do I need a new account to switch plans?
A: No. All team members, drivers, routes, and settings carry over. The change is handled entirely within Settings > Plans.

Q: What happens to extra-stop pricing when I switch?
A: On upgrade, the new extra-stop rate applies immediately. On downgrade, the current rate remains in effect until the next billing cycle begins.

Q: Is there a free trial?
A: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial on their first subscription. The trial is available once per account and applies regardless of which plan you choose.
