Plans, orders, and billing explained
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to activate the trial, with cancellation available at any point during the trial period. To preview the platform beforehand, schedule a 1-on-1 consultation for a full product walkthrough.
An order counts toward billing when it is first included in a route optimization. The counter resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Overage does not affect feature access. Extra orders are billed at the overage rate for each plan and added to the current billing cycle. See the plan comparison above for specific rates. Enterprise overage rates are defined by contract.
Lite covers route optimization, dispatch, driver tracking and customer notifications, but not proof of delivery. Signature and photo proof, PIN and barcode verification, proof settings and proof of delivery downloads all start from Standard. API and webhook integrations start from Pro.
No. All plans include unlimited team members and unlimited drivers. Billing is based solely on order volume.
Data retention defines how long completed route and delivery records remain accessible for viewing and download. Lite and Standard: 1 month. Pro: 3 months. Enterprise: 1 year. Data can be exported at any time before the retention period expires.
